where do we ship within the us?…

Due to state regulations, we currently only ship to the following states:  **Alaska, California, D.C., Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington. 

We are adding new states as quickly as possible.  If your state is not listed above, please contact us: lc@craftwineco.com

what is the cost(S) to ship?... 

Wine Club Members receive free shipping as one of the many perks of joining our Club.  We also run seasonal and holiday specials that will include free shipping so if you are not a club member, be sure to join our newsletter so you don't miss out. For all other purchases your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout according to the state shipped to.

**Due to excessive shipping fees, Alaska shipments may be higher than most states, this may or may not include and additional fee added to Wine Club Member shipments. 

WHEN DOES MY WINE SHIP?...

We cannot wait for you to enjoy our wine with your friends and family.  However, to help ensure your wine arrives as delicious as it was when we sent it, we must ship according to the climate. Both yours and ours.  Normally, we have a shipping window of between X and X in the spring as well as X through X in the fall.

How do i know my wine has shipped?...

As soon as the weather permits, we will begin carefully packaging your wine and send you an email with a potential shipping window.  Once your wine has actually shipped, you will be sent another email with a tracking number to keep tabs on your shipment. 

Do I personally need to accept my wine shipment?... 

Due to national and state alcohol regulations, the wine must be received and signed by 

What if I need to change my shipping timeframe?...

We know that no matter how excited you may be to receive your Craft Wine, you have a life too.  Therefor, when you receive a potential shipping window, you may not be sure if you can be present for delivery.  If you cannot receive your wine because you are on vacation or for any other reason, please contact us immediately and we would love to accommodate your schedule

what if there is an issue with my shipment?...
